Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest however strongly prefer customers to create an account. This ensures faster checkout in future, history of purchases & access to special offers.
How do I place an order?
1. Shopping Cart
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
2. Checkout Page
From this screen, you can verify and edit all of your shipping, billing and payment information, including:

You may also view the contents of your cart and a preliminary total cost . Clicking Review Order will take you to the Order Review page.
3. Review your order.
You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to. Clicking Place order will submit your order and take you to your Order Receipt page. Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

What shipping methods are available?
Healthcare Equip works closely with Startrack, Couriers Please & Transdirect. We ship your package with a courier service which is trackable & does require signature on delivery.
We do not use Authority to Leave services.
How long will it take to get my package?
This is dependent on your location & items purchased.
Generally, if the item is in stock 3-5 business days.
If it is an order in product (something not typically kept in stock), there could be a wait time.

How do I track my order?
Once the team at Healthcare Equip dispatch your order, your tracking number will become available. You will receive an email notifying you of the tracking number for your order.

Healthcare Equip does come into second hand equipment from time to time. If we have any products available, they will be advertised online.
